Job Description Summary

Visiting Assistant Professor in Emerging Technology in Business and Design to teach courses in motion graphics, interactive VFX, and creative direction in experiential design, advise students, and provide service to the university.

Job Description

Visiting Assistant Professor in Emerging Technology in Business and Design to teach courses in motion graphics, interactive VFX, and creative direction in experiential design, advise students, and provide service to the university.

Duties:

  • Teach courses to include motion graphics, interactive media, and technology applications, and experiential design

  • Develop immersive experiential design curricula,

  • Develop and manage lab facilities for immersive extended reality

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in entertainment design production and/or creative direction.

  • Experience the areas of motion graphics, interactive VFX, and experiential design.

Consideration may be given to candidates with:
an accomplished teaching record in immersive extended reality.
curricular development in immersive experiential design.
an accomplished record of guiding senior project work.
