Position: Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager – ServiceNow HRSD Global Implementation (Contract)

Location: Coppell, TX  (Onsite)

What is Required:

  • 10+ years of IT/HRIS project management experience.
  • At least 5–7 years managing ServiceNow HRSD implementations, including ESS.
  • Strong HR process expertise in employee self-service, HR case/knowledge management, and lifecycle events.
  • Proven track record integrating ServiceNow with Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global vendors, SIs, and regional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in shared services or HR BPO transitions.
  • Knowledge of global HR compliance and workforce regulations.
  • Familiarity with broader ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
  • Background in employee experience transformation and digital HR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

•            Lead the end-to-end global implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, focusing on Employee Self-Service.

•            Define and manage program governance, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

•            Coordinate across global regions to execute phased rollouts.

•            Oversee system integrators, vendors, and internal HR/IT teams.

Functional & Business Process Expertise

•            Act as a SME in HR Service Delivery processes (case management, knowledge management, employee self-service, lifecycle events).

•            Gather and document global HR requirements, aligning them with ServiceNow HRSD functionality.

•            Drive process harmonization across countries while supporting compliance and local statutory requirements.

•            Define workflows, service catalogs, and knowledge base design for ESS.

Technical & Integration Oversight

•            Manage integration between ServiceNow HRSD and backend HR platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).

•            Define security, role-based access, and workflow automation strategy.

•            Oversee data migration, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and production cutover.

•            Ensure integration stability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Stakeholder & Change Management

•            Act as the primary liaison with HR, IT, Shared Services, and external partners.

•            Oversee employee adoption programs, training, and communication plans.

•            Deliver progress updates, KPIs, and RAG dashboards to executive sponsors.

•            Ensure alignment with corporate HR transformation strategy and shared services goals.

Deliverables & Success Measures

•            Global ServiceNow HRSD ESS rollout delivered per agreed country roadmap.

•            Fully integrated ESS with backend HR applications, enabling real-time employee transactions and data sync.

•            80% employee adoption within 3 months of rollout.

•            Reduced HR case resolution times and increased self-service utilization.

•            Transition to steady-state support with defined service SLAs.
