Position: Business Systems Project Manager
Reports To: Director of Finance amp; IT
Overview:
The Business Systems Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional technology and business systems projects that support beMatrix USA's strategic and operational objectives. Reporting to the Director of Finance amp; IT, this role partners closely with Finance, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and external technology vendors to successfully implement ERP enhancements, software applications, manufacturing technologies, reporting solutions, data analytics initiatives, system integrations, workflow automation, and other technology-driven business improvements.
This position serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Business Systems Project Manager works closely with department leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, leverage data for decision-making, and maximize the value of the Company's technology investments through successful project execution and change management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning and Coordination
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project activities across multiple departments, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and establish project governance.
Scope and Timeline Management
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

Resource and Workload Coordination
  • Work with department leaders to understand resource availability and competing priorities.

Documentation and Follow-Through
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting minutes, action-item logs, status reports, and project files.

  • Maintain project records in accordance with company standards.
Implementation and Project Closeout

Budget and Vendor Management

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • Formal education or professional training in project management methodologies is required..
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent cross-functional projects.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, ERP, construction, logistics, or operational experience preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required.
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms resuired
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Ability to develop dashboards, project reports, and executive presentations.
