Main Duties & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist header operator with daily productionworkload and insure running machine are producing quality precision aircraftquality fastener. Keep work area in clean and orderly fashion.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:
Learn parts number and how to readblueprint
Learn how to use all measuringinstruments required to check parts. (comparator, micrometers, caliper,protrusion gage and various other inspect gage.)
Performs scanning work ordertransacts for PowerBi. Maintain more than 95% Utilization.
Learn to start and stop header andprepared material wires.
Learn Statistical Process Control(SPC) and charts.
Performs record keeping, dataentry, housekeeping 5 S, and follows safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
