Pay Grade: 2 - $45,258 - $55,129 (this salary reflects working a 40 hour per week schedule)

Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active membership in an Every Nation church
- Manage HRIS system access and security, ensuring employee data remains accurate, confidential, and up to date
- Partners with departments to undertand their needs and provide practical HRIS tools, reports, and dashboards that improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions
- Provide basic HRIS training, and user support to ensure staff can confidently utilize available systems
- Troubleshoot HRIS data issues, resolve routine problems, and escalate complex technical concerns as needed
- Identify and implement recommended HRIS process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the employee experience
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support the overall goals of the HR department and organization
Minimum Qualifying Education
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Computer Science preferred
Minimum Qualifying Experience
- Two years experience facilitating data administration and/or HRIS management preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for cross-department collaboration and staff support
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, including ability to manage training logistics, schedules, and materials
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
- Basic knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to troubleshoot data issues
