JOB SUMMARY:

The HRIS Manager position is accountable for the maintenance, enhancement, integration, and support of our Oracle Fusion HCM cloud application. This includes Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Labor, Attendance, Learning, Goals Management, Talent Review, Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Reporting. This position requires a tactical, hands-on, subject matter expert who is both detail-oriented and highly organized.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manages and supports day-to-day activities of HR systems

Answers questions from users about system functionality and procedures

Ensures data quality through training, auditing, and data governance

Works with stakeholders to develop and maintain business process maps, data dictionaries, end user documentation, test scripts, work structures, and key lists of values

Works with business process owners, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes and configure the system appropriately

Coordinates system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and deployment

Conducts mass updates to the application on behalf of business process owners

Responsible for running, scheduling, and monitoring key system processes such as interfaces, maintenance programs, and scheduled reports

Develops strategy and standards for reporting and dashboards as well as building and sharing key reports to share across the organization

Fulfills ad hoc reporting requests and provides data analysis

Assists with training users on system functionality and helps maintain end-user documentation

Ensures systems processes follow all policies and procedures and are compliant with all relevant laws

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years' experience in HRIS

Detail oriented

High level proficiency with Excel is required

Ability to prioritize multiple demands

Experience supporting packaged software solutions. Oracle Fusion HCM a plus.

4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
