Position Summary
The Workday Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between Workday and internal or external enterprise systems. This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient data exchange while maintaining compliance with organizational integration standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday integration technologies.
  • Develop Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connector, Studio, and API-based integrations.
  • Support data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
  • Develop error handling, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
  • Support system upgrades and regression testing activities.
  • Create and maintain technical integration documentation.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful integration delivery.
  • Ensure all integrations comply with security, governance, and data privacy requirements.
