Purpose
Our System Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of infrastructure and cloud-based technology solutions for clients. This role independently manages technical projects and implementations while collaborating with other departments and support teams as needed to deliver successful client outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable owning projects from discovery through deployment in a fast-paced managed services environment.

What You'll Do
Infrastructure & Network Engineering
  • ย Implement and support firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and wireless networking solutionsย 
  • ย Assist with client network discovery, documentation, and infrastructure assessmentsย 
  • ย Design and deploy wireless networking solutions across various client environmentsย 
  • ย Support virtualization and remote access technologies including VMware, Hyper-V, RDS, Citrix, and VPN solutionsย 
Microsoft & Cloud Technologies
  • ย Support Windows Server and Active Directory environmentsย 
  • ย Assist with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments and migrationsย 
  • ย Support Office 365 and G Suite environmentsย 
  • ย Assist with cloud infrastructure administration and modernization initiativesย 
Client & Project Support
  • Independently lead technical projects, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure implementations
  • Collaborate with other departments and technical resources to deliver successful client solutions
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and systems-related issues across multiple technologies
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, project notes, and client communication
  • Manage priorities effectively while handling multiple client environments and projects
  • Adapt to evolving technologies and changing business requirements

What Weโ€™re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • ย Preferred 3+ years of IT project experienceย 
  • ย Strong experience with Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktopย 
  • ย Excellent customer service and communication skillsย 
  • ย Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesย 
  • ย Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environmentsย 
  • ย Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environmentย 
  • ย Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceย 
  • ย Previous Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience highly preferredย 
  • ย Experience with PSA and/or RMM platforms preferredย 
Certifications Preferred--One or more of the following certifications is preferred:
  • ย CCNA or equivalent networking certificationย 
  • ย CompTIA Network+ or Security+ย 
  • ย Microsoft Server or Cloud certificationsย
