Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Ottawa, ON
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support system analysis, business process improvements, application enhancements, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and system requirements to support enterprise technology solutions.
  • Support system modernization, implementation, and integration projects.
  • Work with stakeholders across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare organizations to identify system improvements.
  • Create system documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Ensure system solutions align with regulatory and operational requirements.
