Waldinger has an opportunity for a qualified HR Technology Manager based out of our Des Moines Office!


Job Summary:
Oversees the implementation, operation, and maintenance of HRIS tech stack, ensuring systems are optimized to support HR operations and business objectives. Leads a team of talented problems solvers who collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to improve workflows, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.


Responsibilities:
• HRIS Management and Maintenance: Oversees the daily operation of HRIS platforms, ensuring reliability and functionality. Manages system upgrades, configurations, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and system vendors. Troubleshoots system issues and liaises with technical support to resolve problems promptly. Achieves key performance indicators for the HRIS team.


• Data Integrity and Security: Ensures the accuracy and security of HR data across all systems. Develops and enforces data governance policies. Conducts regular audits to identify and address discrepancies in system records.


• Process Optimization: Analyzes HR processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement to create an exceptional user experience. Implements and documents streamlined workflows that improve efficiency and compliance. Provides input on system capabilities and aligns them with organizational needs.

• Reporting and Analytics: Creates and maintains HR dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership and compliance purposes. Provides insights and trends through data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Ensures systems support compliance reporting such as EEO, AAP, and other regulatory requirements.

• Project Management: Leads HRIS implementation projects, including planning, testing, and training phases. Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of system enhancements or rollouts. Manages vendor relationships and contracts for system services and upgrades.

• Training and Support: Provides end-user training and support for HRIS platforms. Develops user manuals, guides, and training materials. Serves as a subject matter expert and resource for team members regarding HRIS functionalities.

• Collaboration: Partners with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align HRIS with organizational goals. Supports initiatives related to talent management, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Acts as a key stakeholder in HR technology strategy discussions.


Requirements:

• 5-7 years of HRIS management, HR technology, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related 
• Occasional Travel
