Orano USA is seeking a strategic systems leader to serve as our Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & Transformation. Reporting to Finance, this role leads the U.S. financial systems support team and oversees the architecture, integration, and performance of our enterprise applications.

As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & Transformation, your mandate is to modernize core financial operations by maximizing the capabilities of our existing ERP platforms, eliminating manual workflows, and driving automation across Finance, HR, Quality, and Operations. Over the next several years, you will anchor Orano USA’s data readiness, process optimization, and team development strategies in preparation for a future enterprise‑wide ERP transformation.

RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the financial systems support team, ensuring strong daily execution and disciplined project delivery.
  • Establish KPIs, workload management structures, and clear professional development pathways.
  • Train and coach the team on new technology tools, workflow automation, and change‑management practices.
System Architecture & Cross‑Functional Integration
  • Oversee U.S. financial system architecture, ensuring integrations between Costpoint, SAP, supporting systems, and operational workflows.
  • Maximize use of the existing ERP by analyzing current workflows and identifying opportunities for automated efficiencies, reduced manual touchpoints, and improved data flow.
  • Govern master data management to ensure alignment, consistency, and security across all business units.
  • Define future‑state ERP requirements in coordination with global Orano stakeholders, ensuring compliance with multi‑entity, multi‑currency, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Advise Finance and leadership on technology investments, system lifecycle planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
Data Cleansing, Mapping & Process Optimization
  • Direct data cleansing, validation, and mapping initiatives across U.S. systems to ensure accuracy and migration readiness.
  • Map complex cross‑functional processes to identify compliance gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute change‑management strategies to drive adoption of new technologies and workflows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years managing enterprise financial systems, cross‑functional integrations, or multi‑entity applications. Hands‑on experience in design solutions integrating SAP with non‑SAP applications. Business acumen, with an understanding of how core business processes, such as finance and operations, are supported and integrated through enterprise systems.
  • 5+ years of direct experience managing, mentoring, and developing technical support or analyst teams.
  • Deep hands‑on knowledge of Deltek Costpoint, relational databases, HRIS platforms, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Exposure to ERP implementation efforts across one or more functional areas – including participation and leadership in various phases such as requirement gathering/blueprinting, design and configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Advanced data modeling, SQL proficiency, ETL processes, and enterprise‑grade process mapping tools.
  • Exceptional leadership presence, ability to influence cross‑functional global stakeholders, and a proven track record of handling complex multi‑currency environments.
