Position Overview:

We are seeking a Tier III Systems Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and values meaningful interactions with both clients and internal teams.

As a Tier III Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure. This position offers opportunities for professionals at different stages of their careers. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams, participate in IT projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM) based at our office in Louisville, KY. The physical environment requires frequent indoor work, but the work location may vary between office, warehouse, and other locations. Occasional outdoor work may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 (Entry-Level)

  • User Support: Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with general inquiries.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor network and system performance and respond to alerts.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Assist with basic hardware installations, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Software Updates: Assist in software installations, updates, and patches.
  • Training: Participate in training programs to enhance IT knowledge and skills.

Level 2 (Intermediate-Level)

(In addition to Level 1 responsibilities)

  • Network Administration: Manage and configure network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Server Maintenance: Administer and maintain server infrastructure, including hardware, virtualization, and operating systems.
  • Security: Assist in implementing security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection.
  • Backup and Recovery: Manage data backup and recovery solutions.
  • Project Support: Collaborate on IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion.

Level 3 (Senior-Level)

  • Architecture Design: Design and implement complex IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve advanced technical issues.
