We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our technology team. This role involves supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
  • Implementing system configurations that align with business objectives.
  • Performing regular system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Ensuring high availability of critical services.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Supporting system upgrades, patches, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contributing to infrastructure projects from conception through implementation.

Required Experience:

Candidates should possess:

  • Demonstrated expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
  • Preferred certifications such as MCSE or VCP.
  • Technical proficiency with:

    • Networking protocols/services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
    • IT ticketing system configuration and management
