We are Lockheed Martin
This position is for an L4 Systems Engineer
Associate Manager on the Enterprise
Verification and Validation Team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for
leading a small team of engineers. This team
will be aligned to a particular program/contract and or requirement domain.
The Enterprise Verification and validation team
is responsible for executing Air System
verification planning and execution activities to
ensure compliance with Air System
development requirements.
You will be responsible for managing talent, growing
the team to support business needs, while
performing technical or programmatic leadership
tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing dual roles as functional leader of
a group of engineers and as an experienced
engineer leading a project or performing
technical tasks supporting the Enterprise
Verification and Validation Team
organization.
- Managing talent, including staffing planning,
knowledge sharing, career development,
performance reviews, training, and recruiting.
- Building relationships with team members,
direct reports, and stakeholders.
- Executing Systems Engineering tasks to include technical verification planning.
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**
