KLX Energy Services is seeking an HRIS Analyst for our Corporate office in Houston, TX located in the Galleria area to support HR systems, reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with teams to make better business decisions. You'll gain exposure to HR technology, workforce analytics, reporting, compensation, recruiting, compliance, and cross-functional projects while helping support a growing organization.
What You'll Do
  • Support HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Analyze workforce data, including headcount, turnover, recruiting, compensation, and labor trends.
  • Assist with system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Support HR projects, organizational changes, and business initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot HR system and reporting issues.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to support operational and reporting needs.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, reporting, analytics, payroll, or business operations.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
