About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce Sales Cloud (Agentforce Sales) platform. In this role, you’ll configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, ensure data integrity, support end users, and implement solutions that improve business processes and productivity. You’ll serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while helping maintain platform security, performance, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and flow automations.
  • Oversee the deployment, customization, and ongoing administration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other business stakeholders to support key business processes and deliver reporting and analytics that drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce documentation, training materials, and user support resources to encourage platform adoption and effectiveness.
  • Support Salesforce integrations, monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Manage data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, duplicate management, and data cleanup activities.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that improve user productivity and overall experience.
  • Maintain platform security through role hierarchies, permissions management, access controls, and auditing activities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform enhancements, releases, and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Must-Have Skills & ExperienceSalesforce Administration
  • Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and ongoing platform management.
  • Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings
  • Understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including Salesforce Flow.
Data Management & Integrations
  • Experience supporting data integrity, data migration, imports, exports, and data quality initiatives.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting system integrations and data flows across connected platforms.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain accurate, secure, and reliable data within Salesforce.
Business Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with moderate supervision and sound judgment.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience supporting end users through training, documentation, and ongoing system support.

Education & Certifications

  • Two (2) or more years of experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud required. Salesforce Data Cloud experience is preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required.
