This opportunity entails setting up, modifying and customizing systems to meet project needs, business procedures, workflows, change approvals, and client and HNTB needs. Building workflow and reporting into system when possible.Communicating to project teams and clients.Training others on the system including the development of training documents.Using a variety of software and fully understands and leverages the functionality of each. Generally, working on lower complexity projects and/or assisting on higher complexity projects.Providing basic level of business analysis support.

What You'll Do:

  • Supports requirements gathering and configuration work sessions by documenting results regarding project requirements and procedures as related to their application and use within project management tools.
  • Drafts project procedures based on those requirements, contractual documents, and input from project team
  • Builds workflow diagrams to graphically represent business processes and procedures.
  • Develops supporting training documents for system administrators and project personnel with guidance from Senior Business Analyst. Supports training to project team members and system administrators.
  • May act in system administrator role on projects of low to moderate complexity.
  • Supports more experienced Business Analysts in all functions and responsibilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology or Business and 2 years related experience, or
  • In lieu of education, 6 years IT business process analysis, quality management system development, and/or project controls experience

  • Experience with SAP.
