 Responsibilities:

  • Educating customers about Ford's exciting and cutting-edge new vehicle technologies
  • Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using SYNC, SYNC 3 and SYNC AppLink
  • Demonstrating and assisting customers in  setting up and using the FordPass App
  • Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up Navigation Systems
  • Responding to customer support requests via e-mail and phone
  • Making outbound follow up phone calls to customers
  • Various other responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Must be tech savvy – the kind of person that picks up new technology quickly and can explain it to others
  • While IT, computer network and PC Support experience are not requirements for this job, those additional skills would be beneficial and given consideration toward level of pay
  • Prior experience in customer service – must be comfortable interacting with customers
  • Experience with a variety of cell phones, apps, MP3 players and streaming services, navigation systems, etc. is strongly preferred
  • Good driving record is required
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
