Job description

) Sylmar Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) to join our residential mental health treatment program. This position is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, providing clinical services and supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy to residents.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and rehabilitation staff to support integrated care plans.
  • Offer clinical consultation and guidance on complex cases.
  • Contribute to program development, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility standards.
  • Help strengthen and grow our clinical program.
  • Plan and oversee the intern program initiatives in collaboration with the Program Director and Administrator.

Qualifications
  • Current and active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health discipline.
  • Prior experience in psychiatric, inpatient, or residential mental health settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical assessment skills.
  • Commitment to professional ethics and compassionate resident care.
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bilingual ability preferred
