The environment is global and projectdriven, requiring strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional expert for Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) 12.2 R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting).
  • Support daytoday operations, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities within the EBS R2R landscape.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional designs.
  • Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and rootcause analyses for incidents and change requests.
  • Document functional specifications, process flows, configuration changes, and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate and perform system testing, including integration testing and UAT.
  • Partner closely with finance teams, Group Control, and local entities to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting.
  • Work with internal IT and external partners to ensure stable and scalable solutions within the EBS environment.
  • Support data analysis, reconciliations, monthend activities, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Contribute to transition planning as modules or regions migrate from EBS to the new ERP platform over coming years.
Qualifications
  • Handson experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 R2R modules (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA).
  • Strong understanding of core R2R finance processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience in business analysis activities: requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, functional design.
  • Experience in system testing (test scenario creation, execution, defect management).
  • Ability to work in a global, multitimezone environment with strong communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset, detailoriented, and comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R modules (GL, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Background in finance, accounting, or financial systems support.
  • Knowledge of treasury processes, bank interfaces, reconciliation tools, or asset management.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation or multi-system environments.
  • Oracle certifications (EBS or Fusion) are an advantage.
