Description:
We have an opening for a Full Time Golf Club Builder to perform club repairs and modifications. Expert level club building experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for the game.
Responsibilities:
  • Build, repair, and modify golf clubs to exact customer and fitting specifications.
  • Perform advanced club work including re-shafting, re-gripping, loft and lie adjustments, swing weight adjustments, frequency matching, shaft tipping, and custom builds.
  • Interpret professional fitting data and OEM build sheets to ensure precise club assembly and consistency throughout full sets.
  • Operate and maintain club repair equipment including loft and lie machines, shaft pullers, saws, swing weight scales, and other specialty tools.
  • Inspect completed builds for accuracy, quality, and performance standards before final delivery.
  • Troubleshoot club performance issues and recommend repair or modification solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club-building workspace.
  • Support high-volume build demands while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of advanced club-building experience.
  • 10+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales.
  • Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights.
  • Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets.
  • Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets.
  • Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.

Compensation:
  • $30 - $40 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
