What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Swimming Pool Repair Technician, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Swimming Pool Repair Technician, you need a solid understanding of pool systems, plumbing, electrical work, and water chemistry, often supported by hands-on experience or vocational training. Familiarity with specialized tools such as leak detection equipment, pumps, filtration systems, and sometimes relevant certifications like Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is valuable.
