Job description

SWIFT Payments Analyst

📍 100% Remote | ⏱️ Contract Opportunity

We’re looking for a SWIFT Payments expert who thrives on solving complex payment issues and working at the intersection of operations and technology. This role plays a key part in modernizing global payment systems and ensuring seamless transaction processing.

What You’ll Do
  • Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, failures, and data issues in a production environment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SWIFT messaging (MT & MX) and wire payments
  • Partner with business and technology teams to support SWIFT modernization and migration efforts
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging and wire payment processing
  • Strong knowledge of Global Plus (data tables, payment flows, system mapping)
  • Proven experience troubleshooting real-time payment issues and performing root cause analysis
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting SWIFT MT → MX (ISO 20022) migrations
  • Background training or guiding operations teams on payment processes
  • Exposure to system implementations or enhancements (Global Plus preferred)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $88.00/hr.
