Full Job Description

Mill Valley Veterinary Clinic is a busy mixed animal veterinary practice located in Belchertown, Massachusetts (15 min from Amherst and 45 min from Worcester). Our clinic is a multi‑doctor practice looking to add a team member who is enthusiastic and well‑rounded. Mill Valley combines small‑town charm with big technology. Our practice takes pride in seeing our own emergencies, and has a rotating schedule for emergency coverage during weekends and holidays. Our small‑animal clients are predominantly dogs and cats and our large‑animal clients are predominantly equine with a growing population of small ruminants.

An ideal candidate for our clinic is someone with a strong work ethic who seeks a healthy work‑life balance. We live by the motto "work hard, play hard." We believe you should take pride in your job, push yourself to grow, and still be able to enjoy the things in life you love. You will often see team members horseback riding over the weekends, walking their dogs down our beautiful trail, or joining up for a couple drinks after work.
