What to Expect:

In this role you will:

  • Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
  • Help debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs
  • Support application deployments across development and test environments
  • Write and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes
  • Follow best practices for version control using Git
  • Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps

We are seeking professionals with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP in areas such as compute, storage, networking, IAM and secret management with Infrastructure as Code as a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of Cloudbees. Understanding release and environments, trigger, monitor and debug deployments, work with existing pipelines, understand parameters, workflows and jobs

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $82,361.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $152,955.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employee's contingent on personal and company performance.
