Job description

Swedish is seeking a well-trained ERCP/EUS Advanced Endoscopist for a full-time position in Seattle, Washington. This role offers highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will bring advanced endoscopic expertise, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in academic work. EUS and ERCP are required; experience with third-space endoscopy is welcomed.

Advanced endoscopy services are offered across two Swedish campusesâ€"First Hill in Seattle and Issaquah on the Eastside. Swedish Gastroenterology is an employed group of 18 physicians and seven advanced practice providers with a growing consultative practice. The program combines tertiary and quaternary referral care, including a well-established general GI inpatient hospitalist service, liver transplantation, a cancer center, and advanced therapeutic ERCP/EUS services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, expanding practice in the Pacific Northwest that is committed to delivering the highest level of gastroenterology care

  • Competitive base salary at $546,622 with performance incentives
  • Expected total compensation may reach up to $741,568 for physicians meeting productivity targets

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
