The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.
Job Description:
The Springs at The Waterfront is seeking compassionate CNA's and HCA's wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents. Your role is pivotal to the well being of our residents, helping to ensure their needs are met each day. 
Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with their daily routines, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
  • Assist with resident's laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away.
  • Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents.
  • Collaborate in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
  • Answer pages and call lights
  • Light housekeeping as needed
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate required
  • Love for Seniors!
  • Able to pass background screening and drug test
Job Type: Part-time positions available
Salary:
The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Caregiving position, with an hourly wage range of $18.50 - $22.00 depending on experience.
