This travel Occupational Therapist job in Seattle, WA with Advantis Medical is a 13-week travel Occupational Therapist contract at Swedish Medical Center First Hill Campus - Providence. This role pays $2,100 per week and follows a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule. In this travel Occupational Therapist job, you will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments within your scope of practice, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional, cognitive, and daily-living needs and establish individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver occupation-based interventions that rebuild independence in self-care, home, and daily activities
  • Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, energy-conservation techniques, and home and activity modifications
  • Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care as patients advance, directing and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants and the interdisciplinary team
Travel Occupational Therapy Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recent Occupational Therapy experience.
  • Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Washington and national regulatory bodies.
