Number of Staff โ€“ 35

Type of staff: Day Shift โ€“ 1 charge, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, 3 PCTs

Night Shift โ€“ 1 charge, 3 nurses, 1 LPN, 2 PCTs

Patient Ratios โ€“ 6:1 with LPN

Type of equipment โ€“ hoyer, air taps, wound vacs

EMR - Meditech
