Key Tasks

• Leads the design and delivery of complex systems or features, effectively navigating high levels of ambiguity.
• Sets technical direction for a team or functional area and elevates engineering standards, practices, and quality expectations.
  
• Decomposes complex, multilayered problems; drives root cause investigations and implements durable, long-term solutions.
  
• Influences cross-functional partners and communicates trade-offs clearly, enabling informed decision-making.
  
• Coaches and mentors engineers; amplifies team effectiveness through deployment of reusable tools and frameworks.
  
• Makes high impact decisions for complex features and systems; ensures alignment and cohesion across teams or product areas.
  
• Reviews and approves drawings, schematics, and specifications created below the Senior level within their domain.
  
• Leads technology scouting and evaluation by identifying emerging materials, processes, and solutions and assessing technical feasibility, scalability, and strategic fit.

Your Background

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering preferred.
  
• 7+ years of applied professional experience preferred.
  
• Bachelor of Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
