Teachers often collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging materials and may participate in language clubs or cultural events to enhance learning. Depending on the institution, you might also engage with parents or academic advisors to discuss student performance. Flexibility is important, as teaching can take place in-person or online, and adapting lessons to different proficiency levels is common.
