TS Bank is seeing to hire a Regional SVP ofAg Banking position. This role is a senior relationshipleader responsible for developing, managing, and growing high-valueagricultural banking relationships while helping elevate ag bankingexcellence across the organization. This role is first and foremost aclient-facing relationship management role, requiring strongproduction capability, sound credit judgment, and deep credibility inthe agricultural community. In addition, the Regional SVP of AgBanking serves as a mentor and technical resource for other AgRelationship Managers, helping improve relationship strategy, dealstructure, portfolio discipline, and client engagement practices. Therole also contributes to the organizationโ€™s broader ag market focus byidentifying growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and bestpractices across markets in partnership with growth and communitybanking leadership.

Preferred education and/or experience includes: Bachelor's degree(B.A.) from four-year college or university in the field of business,including specific courses in Accounting, finance, and economics; atleast eight to ten years related banking experience and/or training;or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience and Skills:
  • Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value agriculturalbanking relationships.
  • Serve as a lead relationship manager for complex ag clients and prospects.
  • Model relationship management excellence in calling strategy,client discovery, advisory conversations, and relationship expansion.
  • Partner with credit and lending teams on complex ag structures,renewals, pricing, risk assessment, and borrower strategy.
  • Mentor and guide Ag RMs across markets through deal consultation,coaching conversations, joint calls, and portfolio reviews.
  • Help define and reinforce consistent expectations for agrelationship management excellence.
  • Identify ag market opportunities, competitive trends,product/service gaps, and client needs across the bankโ€™s footprint.
  • Support onboarding and development of less experienced ag lenders.
  • Provide situational leadership or direct supervision when businessneeds require, while remaining primarily focused on relationshipmanagement, mentorship, and ag banking excellence.
  • Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability toeffectively present information and respond to questions fromemployees of company and the general public. Must possess goodcommunication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and dividein all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to drawand interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer,printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of wordprocessing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Advanced PCknowledge beneficial.
