To thrive as a Sutter Registered Nurse, you need a current RN license, a nursing degree, and strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, as well as certifications like BLS and ACLS, are typically required. Excellent communication, teamwork, and compassion are vital soft skills for effectively supporting patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
