Job description

The ETA & Experimentation Program Coordinator II manages innovation initiatives and external technology experiments that support business and technical objectives. The role evaluates complex technical solutions, leads experimentation projects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to test and validate innovative ideas. This position works closely with global partners to identify trends, assess feasibility, and drive adoption of new technologies that improve operations, innovation, and supply chain performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead experimentation initiatives including proof-of-concept (POC), pilot programs, and prototype development.
  • Conduct technology landscaping, research innovation trends, and identify potential external solutions.
  • Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, and solution modeling to validate concepts.
  • Analyze data, define KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to support innovation adoption.
  • Manage innovation pipelines including idea intake, validation processes, and concept visualization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs and collaborate with technical teams, research groups, and external partners.
  • Develop roadmaps and project schedules for innovation programs and experimentation initiatives.
  • Facilitate internal communication and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Innovation, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, innovation programs, or R&D environments.
  • Strong experience in Agile methodology, systems analysis, and technical solution evaluation.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, modern software architectures, and data analysis techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and experimentation programs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sustainability research, technology innovation, or ingredient research is a plus.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
