Our client, a leading organization in autonomous vehicle operations infrastructure, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Infrastructure Department supporting site deployment and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $55/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Drive the deployment and integration of IT and data infrastructure across operational sites.
  • Manage complex technical challenges to ensure site stability and performance during live operations.
  • Coordinate mapping, testing, and validation programs to support autonomous navigation capabilities.
  • Design strategic site planning frameworks to guide operational success and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Train and support site operations teams, troubleshooting connectivity issues and improving infrastructure processes.
