What will you contribute?

Reporting to the Director of Program Management, Americas, the Program Manager leads multiple strategic, mid-to-large-scale initiatives from intake and definition through delivery, transition, and operational readiness. This role is accountable for execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and clear executive communication across complex customer and internal delivery programs.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Lead delivery of multiple strategic programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business and customer objectives.

  • Own executive-level escalation management by proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving critical project, commercial, customer, and operational issues.

  • Serve as a primary interface with sponsors, stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to define objectives, align expectations, and maintain accountability.

  • Define project goals, scope, governance, team roles, and responsibilities across each phase of delivery.

  • Manage weekly execution plans, project assignments, milestones, dependencies, and progress against cost, schedule, scope, and quality commitments.

  • Lead change control by assessing impact, facilitating governance decisions, and ensuring approved changes are clearly communicated and controlled.

  • Maintain financial discipline through forecasting, budget management, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.

  • Continuously identify, qualify, and track risks and issues, including mitigation plans, contingency actions, ownership, and executive visibility.

  • Identify resource needs early and communicate requirements clearly to ensure programs are staffed with the right skills at the right time.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, ensuring appropriate cadence, transparency, and alignment across sponsors, customers, delivery teams, and support organizations.

  • Support commercial discussions, scope definition, effort estimation, Statements of Work, and business case development.

  • Leverage delivery insights and customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support account strategy.

  • Promote consistent use of project management standards, tools, processes, and delivery governance across project teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive project or program management experience.

  • Proven experience leading technical and non-technical resources across cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Demonstrated experience identifying action items, tasks, dependencies, and activities, and tracking them through completion.

  • Experience defining, implementing, and continuously improving standards, processes, and procedures using industry best practices such as PMI or CMMI.

  • Experience building project budgets based on work breakdown structures, resource plans, and delivery commitments.

Cloud Technology & Delivery Environment

  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS delivery models.

  • Familiarity with cloud architecture, networking, identity management, and integration patterns.

  • Experience managing cross-functional architecture, infrastructure, and application delivery teams.

Vendor & Third-Party Management

  • Experience managing cloud providers, system integrators, external integration partners, and third-party vendors.

  • Ability to negotiate priorities, resolve cross-organizational dependencies, and maintain delivery alignment across internal and external teams.

Service Transition & Operations

  • Experience planning production cutovers, go-live activities, and operational readiness.

  • Experience transitioning delivered projects into sustainable support and service operations models.

  • Understanding of SLA management, incident management, and service operations practices.

Executive & Client Leadership

  • Experience presenting program status, risks, issues, financials, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.

  • Experience leading steering committees, governance forums, and customer-facing executive reviews.

  • Experience managing senior client relationships, including C-level stakeholders.
