The Novelis North America (NNA) team is seeking a Strategy Execution Manager to support enterprise-level critical initiatives and long-term value creation. This role reports to the VP, Program Management for North America. While focusing on strategy and sustainability, this is a highly visible, and analytical partner to senior leadership. 

The Strategy Manager will have direct interaction with top-level executives, including the President of North America, and will be expected to confidently analyze complex data, synthesize insights, and clearly communicate recommendations. This role requires collaboration, disciplined project leadership, and the ability to drive outcomes in fast paced and ambiguous environments. 

Responsibilities: 

Executive Engagement & Communication 

  • Prepare and deliver clear, executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership, including executive summaries. 
  • Translate complex discussions, working sessions, and leadership conversations into actionable plans, aligned priorities, and clear next steps. 
  • Confidently communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior executives and challenge assumptions when appropriate. 
  • Demonstrate comfort pushing for decisions, alignment, and action to meet tight deadlines and business objectives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership 

  • Lead cross-functional regional critical initiatives, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sustainability, Commercial, and Plant leadership. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the portfolio of top regional initiatives (Vision 3x30 initiatives) 
  • Drive collaboration across functions and regions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives under tight timelines. 

Sustainability & Global Alignment 

  • Partner closely with the global sustainability and Vision 3x30 teams and regional strategic projects counterparts to align priorities, messaging, and execution. 
  • Lead internal reporting and commentary on Vision 3x30 / sustainability performance metrics and roadmap to targets in North America 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical fields, such as Finance, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain. 
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in: 
  • Corporate strategy 
  • Project-based or consulting roles 
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives. 
  • Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to manage deadlines and drive execution. 
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; high comfort with data-driven problem solving. 
  • Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, compelling executive-level insights. 
  • Experience in communicating with and influencing senior executives. 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Supply chain experience 
  • Strategy consulting with Big 4 or similar 
  • MBA or advanced degree
