  • Als (Junior) Sustainability Manager ESG Compliance (m/w/d) analysierst du gesetzliche Anforderungen im Bereich ESG und leitest gemeinsam mit den relevanten Fachbereichen konkrete Umsetzungsschritte und Implementierungspläne ab.
  • Du steuerst die fristgerechte und gesetzeskonforme Umsetzung von Regulierungsanforderungen sowohl in der Zentrale als auch in den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften.
  • Dabei baust du agile Projektteams auf, steuerst sie aktiv und entwickelst Prozesse zur Sicherstellung von ESG-Compliance weiter.
  • Du planst und führst Schulungen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende weltweit durch.
  • Außerdem erstellst du Projektreportings für interne Stakeholder und entwickelst Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.
  • Nicht-finanzielle Kennzahlen erhebst du strukturiert und erstellst darauf basierende Reportings.
Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu.
  • Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Entwicklung und Implementierung unternehmensweiter Anforderungen bringst du mit.
  • Dabei überzeugst du durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchdringen und zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, mit strategischem Weitblick und dem richtigen Blick fürs Detail.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und zwischenmenschliches Geschick, um internationale Stakeholderbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen, zeichnen dich aus.
  • Deine fließenden Englischkenntnisse (C1) runden dein Profil ab.
