Job description

The Enviva team is driven by our shared vision for a renewable energy future. We are a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions. We are the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, which provide a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels.
The P.E.L.L.E.T. Program is a structured early-career development program designed to prepare future leaders across Enviva's manufacturing operations. The program includes a 12-week internship that provides hands-on experience and meaningful exposure across Enviva's operations.
May 10th - July 31st
Participants will:
  • Work on real business projects and operational challenges while gaining exposure to the full manufacturing process-from fiber to finished product
  • Collaborate with teams across functions to understand how different roles contribute to safe, efficient, and successful operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve overall operational performance
