About the Program:

Join Arclin, who's a premier international material science leader for a summer of innovation, strategy, and hands-on impact.  We are seeking two high-energy interns to join our Global Supply Chain team in our Metro Atlanta corporate office.

This is a collaborative 10-week program where you will work in tandem with a fellow intern to optimize our end-to-end operations. The program concludes with a either a solo or joint Capstone Project presented to our executive leadership team.

Key Projects:

As part of our Supply Chain cohort, you will get to be a part of one or multiple parts or these high-visibility initiatives across planning, customer service, and inventory management:
  • Advanced Data Analytics: Harness the power of big data by creating Power BI dashboards that track real-time planning metrics, customer service levels, and global inventory health.
  • Production Scheduling: Gain hands-on experience in the "heart" of manufacturing by assisting with production scheduling, balancing plant capacity with market demand.
  • ERP Integrity & Validation: Perform deep-dive audits of our ERP system to validate and update customer item details, ensuring our master data is accurate and scalable.
  • Salesforce Optimization: Build and refine comprehensive Customer Profiles in Salesforce, bridging the gap between supply chain logistics and commercial excellence.
The Full Experience
We believe in developing the "whole professional." Beyond your core projects, your 10 weeks will include:
  • Collaborative Learning: Work closely with your fellow Supply Chain intern to share best practices and tackle complex operational hurdles.
  • Professional Development: Weekly workshops on leadership, corporate communication, and the material science industry.
  • Team Building: Network with a cohort of interns across departments through social events and off-sites.
  • Community Impact: Participate in organized community service days to give back to the Atlanta area.
Who You Are
  • The Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
    • Recent Graduates (December 2025 or May 2026) are also encouraged to apply!
  • The Digital Native: You have a passion for systems. Experience with Power BISalesforce, or ERP platforms (like SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.
  • The Collaborator: You enjoy working in a "team-of-two" environment where you can brainstorm, divide, and conquer.
  • The Detail Specialist: You understand that great strategy starts with clean data and precise scheduling.
Why Join Us?
  • Competitive hourly compensation.
  • Exposure to a global, multi-billion dollar manufacturing environment.
  • A culture that values sustainability, safety, and innovation.
