Job Description:
Davenport Public Finance, providing financial advice, analysis, and consulting services to state and local governments and non-profit institutions, is hiring a summer intern for 2026 at our Atlanta, Georgia office. Candidates will have the potential opportunity for a full-time position after graduation in Atlanta, GA.
This paid internship will concentrate on financial database research and development to support senior executives with designing and executing financial strategies for clients. Competitive salary and schedule flexibility are available for this eight-week internship (anticipated start date is May 31, 2027, but the eight-week period will be mutually agreed upon between the candidate and Davenport).
Qualifications:
  • Must be scheduled to graduate from college in May 2028
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Background in Finance or Economics preferred
