Kanki House of Steaks & Sushi in Crabtree Valley Mall is looking for friendly, hard-working cooks who will provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. Kanki is more than a restaurant; it's the best-tasting show in town. The combination of our fun atmosphere, entertainment, and delicious food makes us the region's premier special occasion restaurant. Become part of a team that brings food, fun, and a little fire to everything we do.

What we need from you:

  • Passion for cooking great food
  • Must be able to take direction
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 50lbs
  • Reliable transportation, phone, and e-mail (Deal Breaker)
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress enviroment

Next, you'll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes.
Of course, half of the fun is watching our chefs as they expertly chop, dice and cook your meal with the flip of a knife, providing mealtime entertainment your whole table is sure to enjoy!
