Job description
POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Compliance Manager in processing state surplus lines filings in accordance with established Brown & Riding values, goals, and procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Meets quality standards in preparing and submitting surplus lines filings in a timely and accurate manner according individual state requirements. Prepares and submits filings using manual paperwork or filing websites.
Uses periodic reports to ensure timely filing Reconciles amounts payable to the regulatory agencies Monitor and track tags received from the state SLA departments and provide reports to the Compliance Manager OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties as assigned
