Job description

POSITION

Surgicare of Hawaii's Medical Assistants assists our nursing staff to provide basic patient care in the perioperative setting.  They are responsible as a member of the Surgicare team to perform these tasks to achieve positive patient outcomes

SUPERVISION

Medical Assistants work closely under the direction of Surgicare's nurses.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program
  • 1 - 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
  • Basic Life Support Certification
