Production Supervisor

Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $65,000-$75,000/year
Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
