We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver Operator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will operate paving equipment to create smooth, durable asphalt surfaces for commercial and civil infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure that paving operations meet safety standards and quality expectations while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Duties

  • Operate paving equipment such as screeds and asphalt pavers to lay asphalt efficiently and accurately on roadways, parking lots, and other surfaces
  • Maintain and perform basic repairs on paving machinery, including screeds, loaders, excavators, and concrete mixers
  • Ensure proper handling and application of bituminous materials during paving operations
  • Follow safety regulations and protocols at all times to maintain a secure construction site environment
  • Assist with the setup of construction sites by preparing surfaces, installing rebar, and managing concrete forming as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify maintenance needs and prevent breakdowns
  • Collaborate with team members on concrete finishing, concrete pumping, rebar installation, and other related tasks to ensure project quality

  • Extensive experience operating heavy construction machinery such as asphalt pavers, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and concrete mixers
