A personalized gift-giving company is currently hiring for a Temp-to-Hire Print Production Coordinator in Englewood, CO!

This company creates personalized gifts that customers can customize to their preferences. In this role, you will coordinate customer orders and production deadlines, use computer software to prepare logos and images, operate multiple printing machines, and inspect finished products.

Print Production Coordinator Duties:
  • Manage customer orders and production deadlines to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Use computer software to prepare, process, and organize images and logos for production.
  • Operate LogoJet printing equipment and other large-format printing equipment.
  • Operate a creasing and cutting printer as needed.
  • Load images and production files into the appropriate machines and verify that each job matches the correct customer order.
  • Monitor multiple machines and production processes, including up to four machines running at once.
  • Inspect print quality, image placement, and finished products for accuracy.
  • Track production progress and prioritize jobs based on deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot basic production issues and identify problems that may affect quality or deadlines.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy while managing multiple orders and production tasks.

Print Production Coordinator Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Flexible 8-hour shift available!

Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

Print Production Coordinator Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of printing, production, machine operation, or related experience.
  • Experience using computer-based production software and working with digital files.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing production needs.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and equipment.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple production tasks.
  • Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift boxes of mugs.
