• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of new clients to identify stressors and mental health goals, tailoring mindfulness-based interventions accordingly.
• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in reducing stress and improving their emotional well-being.
• Guide individual clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices that empower clients to develop stress management techniques and build resilience.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to integrate various therapeutic approaches with an emphasis on mindfulness, ensuring comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in self-reflection and ongoing training to enhance your proficiency in mindfulness practices and contribute to organizational knowledge.

The therapist will work primarily with adults presenting a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and resilience-related challenges. In alignment with our client-centered philosophy, you will employ tailored therapeutic interventions that support individuals in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating an ability to create a calm, supportive, and therapeutic atmosphere for clients.

• While some training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred, candidates with strong mindfulness integration skills in therapy will also be considered.
• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment that emphasizes client engagement and holistic care.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
