About the roleThe Life/Health and Investments Technology Support Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 Production Support teams responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of applications across the Life/Health and Investments technology portfolios. This role serves as a key liaison between technology teams and business partners, helping ensure the effective delivery of production support services while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
This position is well-suited for a technology professional seeking to advance their leadership skills while building expertise in production support operations, incident and problem management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will help coordinate support activities, drive issue resolution, enhance operational processes, and collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure exceptional service and system availability.How does this role make an impact?

- Partner with support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues.

- Assist with incident management activities, ensuring effective communication, escalation, and resolution of service disruptions.

- Monitor and analyze production support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

- Support application releases, deployments, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.

- Serve as part of the on-call support rotation and provide leadership support during critical incidents and service disruptions.

- Provides leadership by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

- Sustains information systems results by defining, delivering, and supporting information systems; auditing application of systems.

Base Pay Range:

$113,200-$155,650

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
