We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton Regional Distribution Centre team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are tracked, questions are answered, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with warehouse and transportation teams, and delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish.Job Description:
What You'll DoCustomer Service
  • Respond to incoming customer phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and voicemail messages.
  • Provide timely, accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Record and communicate customer requests, feedback, and concerns to appropriate departments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to meet committed delivery dates.
  • Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their parts orders.
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting with "hold until complete" orders.
  • Participate in daily and weekly customer service meetings and operational briefings.
Transportation Coordination
  • Track shipments and orders with third-party transportation providers.
  • Arrange courier pickups and transportation for customer orders.
  • Prepare and complete shipping documentation and paperwork.
